The Benko H-8130 bar stool is a piece of furniture made of bent beech wood, combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern approach to form. While maintaining the characteristic frame lines of the Benko collection, the model brings lightness and harmony to interiors. The combination of a flat, wooden seat with a natural cane backrest gives it a timeless character, and the woven pattern introduces an artisanal accent.

Designed by Tomek Rygalik / Studio Rygalik, the project combines simplicity of form with functionality, giving the bar stool exceptional lightness and clarity of form. The Benko H-8130 demonstrates how to subtly combine classic and modern design.

With a seat height of 750 mm, the bar stool perfectly fits standard bar counters and high kitchen islands. The bar stool is suitable for both home arrangements and commercial spaces.

Designer: Tomek Rygalik

He is a designer, lecturer, curator, and Doctor of Arts. Born in Łódź in 1976, he studied architecture at the Łódź University of Technology. In 1999, he graduated from the industrial design department at Pratt Institute in New York. After graduation, he collaborated with many renowned design firms in the United States, serving clients such as Kodak, Polaroid, MTV, PerkinElmer, Dentsply, Unilever, Dupont. After obtaining his master's degree from the Royal College of Art in London in 2005, he joined the RCA's research and development team. During the same period, he founded his own design studio, based in both London and Łódź. Since 2008, he has run a design studio at the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and in 2009, he permanently moved to Warsaw. Since 2012, he has been co-director of Studio Rygalik, which he co-founded with his partner, designer Gosia Rygalik.
His extensive collaborations include projects for recognized brands such as Moroso, Noti, Profim, Ideal Standard, Siemens, Heineken, and Ikea. He served as creative director for leading Polish furniture brands, including Comforty and Paged. He undertakes numerous projects for cultural institutions, including the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Grand Theatre – National Opera, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, BOZAR, Zachęta, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, the National Museum, and the Polish Cultural Institutes. In 2011, he served as the architect for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. For Paged, he created many collections, including LOF, BENKO, and K2.
