Order fulfillment time

At the Paged Meble online store, we make every effort to ensure that your ordered products reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Fulfillment Time

Each product offered in our store may have an individual fulfillment time, which is provided on the product page. The standard fulfillment time for orders is from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the availability of the given model, the chosen configuration (e.g., fabric or wood stain), and the quantity.

Custom-made Products

Most of our furniture is custom-made according to the client's chosen configuration (e.g., wood color, upholstery type, finish). Therefore, the fulfillment time is calculated from the moment payment is credited or - in the case of installment payments - from the receipt of financing confirmation from the bank.

Combined Orders

For orders consisting of several different products, the longest fulfillment time among all items in the order applies. Products are shipped in one delivery - unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Shipping Information

Once the order is complete and ready for shipment, the customer receives an email with confirmation of the delivery date. In the case of bulky shipments (e.g., tables, larger sets), the delivery date may be individually arranged with the transport company.

Delays

In exceptional cases (e.g., raw material shortages, production delays, holidays), the fulfillment time may be extended. In such situations, we will promptly inform you of the circumstances and propose a new, possible delivery date.
