The Lof H-4230 bar stool continues the collection's characteristic simplicity and robust form. Its slender silhouette, well-defined backrest, and proportionate legs give it an elegant yet functional character.

It is made entirely of beech wood – the seat and backrest from plywood, and other elements from solid wood. The contoured seat and ergonomically curved backrest provide comfort, while the crossbars strengthen the structure and serve as footrests. The entire piece maintains the lightness and neutral character typical of the Lof collection.

With a seat height of 78 cm, the bar stool is perfect for high kitchen counters and bar tops. Its versatile design allows it to blend seamlessly into both home interiors and commercial spaces such as restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

Designer: Tomek Rygalik

He is a designer, lecturer, curator, and Doctor of Arts. Born in Łódź in 1976, he studied architecture at the Łódź University of Technology. In 1999, he graduated from the industrial design department at Pratt Institute in New York. After graduation, he collaborated with many renowned design firms in the United States, serving
clients such as Kodak, Polaroid, MTV, PerkinElmer, Dentsply,
Unilever, and Dupont. After earning a master's degree from the Royal College of
Art in London in 2005, he joined the R&D team at RCA. During the same period, he established his own design studio, with offices in both London and Łódź. Since 2008, he has led a design studio at the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and in 2009, he permanently moved to Warsaw. Since 2012, he has been co-director of Studio Rygalik, which he co-founded with his partner, designer Gosia Rygalik.
His extensive collaboration includes projects for renowned brands such as Moroso, Noti, Profim, Ideal Standard, Siemens, Heineken, and Ikea. He served as creative director for leading Polish furniture brands, including Comforty and Paged. He undertakes numerous projects for cultural institutions, including the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Grand Theatre – National Opera, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, BOZAR, Zachęta, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, the National Museum, and Polish Cultural Institutes. In 2011, he served as the architect for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. For Paged, he created many collections, including LOF, BENKO, and K2.
