The Lof A-4230 chair combines a solid construction with a simple form. Strong legs and a wide backrest ensure stability, while a slender silhouette gives the furniture lightness.
The model is available in beech or oak wood – the seat and backrest are made of plywood, and the other elements from solid wood. The upholstered seat enhances comfort of use, while introducing a soft visual accent that subtly contrasts with the geometric lines of the structure. Precisely crafted details emphasize the quality of workmanship, making the chair perfectly combine functionality with refined aesthetics.
The design was created by Tomek Rygalik / Studio Rygalik, one of the most recognizable Polish designers, whose works combine a practical approach to construction with care for users' needs.
The Lof A-4230 model will work well in home dining rooms, kitchens and living areas, as well as in commercial spaces – restaurants, offices or hotels.

He is a designer, lecturer, curator, and Doctor of Arts. Born in Łódź in 1976, he studied architecture at the Łódź University of Technology. In 1999, he graduated from the industrial design department at Pratt Institute in New York. After graduation, he collaborated with many renowned design firms in the United States, serving clients such as Kodak, Polaroid, MTV, PerkinElmer, Dentsply, Unilever, and Dupont. After earning his master's degree from the Royal College of Art in London in 2005, he joined the RCA's research and development team. During the same period, he founded his own design studio, with offices in both London and Łódź. Since 2008, he has led a design studio at the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and in 2009, he permanently moved to Warsaw. Since 2012, he has been co-director of Studio Rygalik, which he founded with his partner, designer Gosia Rygalik.
His extensive collaborations include projects for recognized brands such as Moroso, Noti, Profim, Ideal Standard, Siemens, Heineken, and Ikea. He has served as creative director for leading Polish furniture brands, including Comforty and Paged. He undertakes numerous projects for cultural institutions, including the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Grand Theatre - National Opera, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, BOZAR, Zachęta, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, the National Museum, and Polish Cultural Institutes. In 2011, he served as the architect for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. For Paged, he created many collections, including LOF, BENKO, and K2.
