Icho B-4420 Seat Uph Back Wood

The Icho B-4420 armchair combines lightness of form with durable construction. The contoured backrest and subtly defined armrests ensure comfortable seating.


Made entirely of beech wood – the seat is plywood, upholstered with one of our selected fabrics, with other elements made of solid wood. The stable construction and clearly defined leg lines guarantee durability, while the minimalist character of the Icho collection allows the chair to be easily adapted to various interiors.


The designer is Nikodem Szpunar, one of the most acclaimed young Polish designers, who combines artistic sensibility with a practical approach to form in his work. In the Icho collection, he merges simplicity of form with practical application, creating elegant, functional, and exceptionally solid furniture.


The Icho B-4420 chair is suitable for both home dining rooms and restaurants, hotels, or conference spaces – wherever comfort, aesthetics, and durability are important. It is also available with a smooth seat.

Designer: Nikodem Szpunar

Designer. He graduated from Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. His work includes designing furniture and interior furnishings, both for industrial and short-run production. In addition to collaborating with the industry, he also creates paintings using his own tools and projects on the border of art. He has received numerous awards, including in the Dobry Wzór, International Furniture Design Award (Asahikawa), Make me! and Must Have competitions. He was named Designer of the Year 2019 by Arena Design and Designer of the Year 2021 by the Institute of Industrial Design. His designs have been presented at international fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in Berlin, Milan, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Japan. He is a co-creator of the AlterEgo collection, awarded in the Dobry Design 2024 competition in the Best Polish Design category, for which he created ICHO-MIO and the PLASA chair. For Paged Meble, he also designed the PROP furniture family and the TUK collection.
