Prop B-4390 Seat Wood Back Wood

The Prop collection is characterized by a minimalist approach to form. The construction is based on turned wooden legs, combined with a seat and backrest made of profiled plywood, creating a coherent and clear silhouette for the furniture. Discreet connections of elements emphasize the craftsmanship, while the carefully selected backrest angle and solid wood armrests ensure high comfort of use.

In this version, the model retains its minimalist character, and the armrests provide comfort and ergonomic use. Thanks to the variety of variants - including armchairs, a chair, and bar stools - the collection works well in both home and commercial spaces.

The author of the design is Nikodem Szpunar, one of the most recognized Polish designers of the younger generation. In his projects, he consistently combines functionality with attention to proportion and detail, creating durable, universal, and refined furniture in every aspect.

Designer: Nikodem Szpunar

Designer. He graduated from Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. His work includes designing furniture and interior furnishings, both for industrial and short-run production. In addition to collaborating with the industry, he also creates paintings using his own tools and projects on the border of art. He has received numerous awards, including in the Dobry Wzór, International Furniture Design Award (Asahikawa), Make me! and Must Have competitions. He was named Designer of the Year 2019 by Arena Design and Designer of the Year 2021 by the Institute of Industrial Design. His designs have been presented at international fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in Berlin, Milan, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Japan. He is a co-creator of the AlterEgo collection, awarded in the Dobry Design 2024 competition in the Best Polish Design category, for which he created ICHO-MIO and the PLASA chair. For Paged Meble, he also designed the PROP furniture family and the TUK collection.
